• GitHub API Only: Yist communicates exclusively with the GitHub API. We do not have our own server-side infrastructure.
• No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any user data outside of what is necessary for the app's functionality with GitHub.
• No Third-Party Communication: Yist does not communicate with any third-party services, nor does it allow any third parties to collect user data.
• Local Storage Only: Any data stored for the app's functionality is kept locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties.

The only information Yist handles is what's necessary to interact with your GitHub account and Gists. This includes:

• Your GitHub authentication token (stored securely on your device)
• Gist content and metadata (synced directly with GitHub)

Yist is designed as a client-side application without any server infrastructure of its own. This means:

• All your data remains on your local device or is transmitted directly to GitHub.
• We use secure HTTPS connections when communicating with the GitHub API.
• Your GitHub authentication token is stored securely on your device using system-level security features.
• We have no access to your data and no ability to collect or store it on any servers.
